The short version: Pocket Jam is a one-time purchase of $29.99. It’s free while we test it, so you can try everything before you pay. All sales are final: we don’t give refunds.
Using Pocket Jam
By downloading or using Pocket Jam, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
Early access
Right now Pocket Jam is in a closed test on Android. It’s free for testers during this time. Test versions can have bugs, and features may change. We may end the test at any time.
Price
After launch, Pocket Jam costs a one-time payment of $29.99 (or the matching price in your country, shown in the store before you buy). There is no subscription, no monthly fee and no ads. Paying once unlocks every feature, plus future updates to that app.
Payments are handled by Google Play (and by the App Store, if we release on iPhone). Taxes may be added depending on where you live.
Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, including for change of mind, not using the app, or features you expected but that the app doesn’t have. That’s why the app is free to try during the test: please make sure it works for you on your phone before you buy.
Google Play and the App Store have their own refund rules, and they decide refund requests made through their stores. Nothing here takes away any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
Your music
Only use songs and videos you have the right to use. You are responsible for the music you add and for what you share. Your recordings belong to you. We never get a copy.
What you can’t do
Please don’t copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the app, or use it to break the law or anyone’s copyright.
No guarantees
We work hard to make Pocket Jam great, but the app is provided “as is”. We can’t promise it will be free of bugs or work on every phone. Please keep copies of recordings that matter to you. As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for lost recordings or other indirect losses, and our total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll change the date at the top. Using the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
